    LIGA MAC believes that education is an essential component to ensuring a quality life. Our programs assist low-income students complete their studies.


Paloma Cordero (Conalep) and Carolina Apaez (Cetmar), two Liga MAC scholarship grantees graduated with honors from high-school, and their corresponding classes were named after them. These two young ladies had an outstanding academic performance during the 3-years of “prepa”. Congratulations Paloma & Carolina! We are very proud of you.


These two young ladies have an exceptional merit because they belong to “the Odile generation”. The students of Conalep worked under extreme circumstances, because they lost their building in the hurricane. The Conalep authorities squeezed two schools in one building. The Cetmar school is new in town, and they have worked in a couple of different facilities with some deficiencies. The education authorities have announced that soon both schools are to solve their need of a proper space.
